  • No event plan fee, and free tickets cost nothing.
  • Payouts to your bank or mobile money account in GHS.
  • For new organizers, 25% of each sale is held and released 48 hours after the event.

Does GatePass hold my ticket money?

Only with GatePass Payments, which pays you out to your bank or mobile money account. With your own provider, ticket money goes straight to your account and never passes through GatePass.

Which currencies can I sell in?

18 currencies across Africa, Europe and North America, depending on the payment provider you connect. Each event sells in one currency, and times show in the venue's own time zone.

What do I need before I can publish?

An email provider, so tickets reach guests from your own address. It takes a few minutes and a test email. For paid tickets you also need a way to get paid, and on your own provider, a plan for events over 100 tickets.

Can I keep an event private?

Yes. Make it unlisted and only people with the link can find it. It stays out of the home feed and out of Search on the web and in the app.

Can my team help run events?

Invite teammates to your organization to manage events, sales and guests, and add door staff to each event.
